Cadwell Design and Sign worked closely with Synergy on this latest upgrade and rebrand at 10 PO Square. This project positions this historic property, built in 1929 as one of the most prestigious properties in area. The Synergy headquarters was extensively renovated in 2017 adding upgraded amenities for its tenants, including an onsite restaurant, fitness center, bike storage, and lobby café.The latest logo, building branding, and amenities upgrade was completed with Cadwell in December 2025.
The Cadwell team worked closely with the property owner Synergy, Kevin Marsh and Bob Doyle to enhance building branding and lobby branding. The latest branding package included interior and exterior signs and even subtle lobby branding elements with wet floor signs. “Jenny Bridges and our design and build team delivered an amazing building branding package that helps 10 PO Square stand out as the premier tenant property in the area.
