Cadwell Design and Sign worked closely with DivcoWest on this stunning rebrand at One Lincoln St. This project positions this luxury property as both an office workspace and high-end hospitality center perfect for both work and play. The new sign program calls out all the amenities needed in a modern-day luxury workspace.
The Cadwell team worked closely with the property owner, DivcoWest and the GC to rebrand and identify the new lobby area, Health & Wellness Center, the All Day Café, the Whiskey Bar, the Wellness Suite (salon, mother’s room, yoga room, game rooms) and the Roof Deck basketball court, pickleball courts and bar/lounge outdoor seating. In addition to the branding and directory work, Cadwell completed all the required ADA room signs needed for tenant occupancy and to meet building codes. “Jenny Bridges and our design and build team delivered an amazing sign package that helps One Lincoln standout as one of the premier office properties in New England and across the US”, stated Stephen Moylan, President of Cadwell Design + Sign.
DivcoWest is creating a “new work Environment where work and hospitality come together like never before” with exceptional amenities designed to get the workforce back into the office.
